i dont understand.
lets say, you're going for a job/scholarship interview.
will you come out with a list of possible questions to prepare yourself?
you will. right?
then, should you come out with answers to that questions?
you should. right?
but do you properly phrase those answers out OR do you just brainstorm and come out with points to answer?
as for me, i will choose the 2nd option.
the 1st one is simply ridiculous and will seem fake to the interviewers, isnt it?
especially if the anwers are politically correct answers instead of logical ones.
i just dont know how to explain in words.
let me relate this to something i quite miss. studies.
when you're studying, do you memorise word by word in useful sentences or just pick out keywords?
when you're copying notes in lectures, do you copy exact word by word said out by the lecturers or do you just write down important phrases?
when you're revising then, maybe, you'll rewrite it into proper sentence. but somehow, you will still only memorise keywords, correct?
just an example. may or may not explain my point.
When two plates move toward one another, they will form a subduction zone. In a subduction zone, the subducting plate, which is normally a plate with oceanic crust due to larger density, moves beneath the other plate, which can be made of either oceanic or continental crust.
two plates move toward one another -> form subduction zone ->a plate with

then maybe in answer booklet you'll write :
when two plates move towards one another, a subduction zone is formed where the denser plate with oceanic crust moves beneath the other.
what i want to point out is, you may be given a source where everything is sentenced out properly. but somehow, you'll only remember keywords and then give out a sentence of your own during exams. so, why bother LEARNING and maybe memorising IN SENTENCES?
