hmm..this whole fahrul farewell thing is giving me flashbacks of my friendship with him.
it started in PRIMARY TWO, when we got to know each other in our mother tongue class.
i think we were partners back then.
its kinda cute. we will phone each other and meet each other at the playground to play.
but since he lived across the street, either one of us has to cross the main road.
so whenever it was me who needs to cross, my mum has to accompany (yes yes, call me mummy's boy).
other than that, i rmb how he often gets to become class monitor or a rep in anything and everything.
including topaz house captain, which was the lousiest house at that time.
the house that only win award in cheering, which many said its consolation.
oh..and i think there was also this quarrel among our group of friends.
then we didnt talk to each other cos of some misunderstanding.
how childish we were that time huh?
and the silly-est thing is that my friend was the one who quarrelled with him. not me.
haha. primary school thing~
well, he somehow got smarter from primary 4 onwards. like really smart.
if there was a top malay student award for psle in JPS, he would have gotten it.
he really did the best among the malays.
after that, somehow, we lost touch abit.
seeing each other once a year kinda thing.
but still, he was very famous for being a playboy.
he admit ok!
kept changing girlfriends, too many girlfriends.
and keep pangseh-ing us.
oh, and he was famous in media too.
well, kinda.
always appearing in news and newspaper.
kinda proud of him for that.
like, i can say "look, my friend's on the papers/tv!"
oh well, fahrul...if u happen somehow to bump into this entry.
i'd just wanna say you are really a great great friend.
really glad to still be in touch till now (which is for 12 years, and still counting)
like i said earlier today, if we managed to still keep in contact for 8 years ever since we've graduated from JPS, im sure another 5 years is no problem to us.
i wish you all the best for your studies (and military training) in canberra.
we shall update each other through facebook/msn/twitter/email/anything relavant yea?
maybe we can even do things cooler like snail-mailing.
the rest of us will be looking forward to the days that you'll be back during your holidays to have a catching up session.
we'll miss you, buddy!
