i just dont understand.

wont one reflect on one's action?
think whether what he did was the best action that could be made?
and if it wasnt, wldnt one try his best so as to not repeat his mistakes?

how do you define a good leader?
is it one that thinks all the rules he creates are the best for his people, even when the people dont agree to it? and yet do nothing to compromise.
is it one that gives no chances to first timers (newbies) for mistakes that are minor?
is it one that gives more punishment than advices?

to me, the best way to correct mistakes is not always punishment.
but if only punishments are given, what does that reflects on the giver?

chances are not meant to be recorded and remembered, in black and white.
chances, unless for something major, are supposed to be forgive and forget.
if it is recorded, it somehow means that 'i will never forget what you have done and you're gonna get it for the next one', which gives the tone that you're aimed and observed, and i'll be waiting for the next error you make.

a good leader SHOULD be a good listener, especially for his men.
and he should NEVER flaunts authority.
