FINALLY WEEKENDS ARE HERE!!
urgh. this new intake of recruits are irritating.
their abusing their advantage.
ever since the death incident of PTE FOO, they are allowed to visit the MO for every single thing, even a teeny weeny problem like sore throat, at any time.
recently, there's like no break in the morning.
sick parade all the way till lunch time.
afternoon also about the same.
been going home later than usual.
there are ppl reporting sick, screening, casualty, whatever shit.
we medics are the victim of all these.
and it doesnt help when there are people who makes it difficult for others.
shall not reveal too much here.
somehow, it looks like ns life wont be as fun as it used to be.
when i say fun, it doesnt mean that we slack.
it will be nice if we all do work and enjoy at the same time.
maybe im just different.
i dont like to 'eat' my own men.

responsibility doesnt comes when giving out punishments, and only punishments.
leaders should be respected, and far from being hated.
i feel that somehow when ur man is at fault, the one in charge is partly to blame too. isnt it?
juniors arent always wrong and seniors arent always right.
it isnt easy, i know.
but somehow, if the mistakes are repeated over and over again, maybe there's nothing else to do.
anyway, just to make it clear, i dont have any problem with anyone at work.
though im not sure whether it's a two-way thing.

someone who knows about this blog (and maybe friendster, home add, blaaablaaa) and pretended to not know it.
someone who knows me more than what he seems to know.
