ok. im back for another entry.
btw, how do i look in the station medic's uniform?
cool rite?
its much much better than the no. 4 i had to wear when i was still a recruit/trainee.
dont need to tuck in, somewhat wringkle-free, FOUR pockets on the shirt. lol
but now that ive switched to medical centre, im wearing the tuck in version. 2 pockets only.
still somewhat wrinkle-free.
but i've yet to get those.
fuck lor. i got half day ytd (friday) then my friends all got it after i went off.
medical centre is pretty slack as compared to station.
we're only busy when there's alot of recruits reporting sick, and that also doesnt last the whole day.
and some coverages can get pretty boring.
there's also some confusion going on. the doctor put me into a permanent dept w/o telling the senior medics. so, im like there but not there.
and i havent learnt much yet from the dept cos i always have to be somewhere else.
after a week there, im pretty sure station life is much much better.
i prefer station life though i like to slack.
kinda regret. but cant turn back time eh
but at least, im not totally hating medical centre.
there are some funs in it.
well, the grass is always greener at the other side, eh??
i dont quite mind staying there for the rest of my ns life.
but if im given a choice to go back station, why not.
one more thing is that i dont like to be known as already know everything.
im still 'the new guy'
at least give me the chance to ask or question when im not sure.
you dont have to give that kind of look when i say im not sure rite??
dont tell me u come in straight away know everything?
so what if i just passed out from my course.
as if the course is very very useful in terms of practical.
and, if i do wrong, u'll fuck me upside down rite? then say, dunno why never ask.
that's what i feel of some ppl there.
well, i can feel the politics.
someone advised me to just be myself and to cover my own ass.
there's no one there that wld cover u even though u are not in the wrong.
they are bastards.
anyway, im like sensitive to phone calls.
whenever the phone rings at medical centre, i was like "another turnout"
well, thats what phone calls usually means at fire post.
kinda missed that kind of feeling, where we have to rush off after the call.
i realised i miss the life inside ambulance.
like, im in love with it.
medical centre's ambulance is like some condemned ones. really.
and i noticed some irony.
at station, when i checked the ambulance, i dont feel the stress even though have to go for turnouts. like what some seniors there wld say, as long as u have the more impt stuffs, you're safe.
also, station's ambulances are more neat even though it is used more often. but i dont really feel that we cleaned it alot.
at medical centre, we have to make sure everything is there. but when it is used, it is just like a shuttle service to hospital.
and the some superior will check as if the ambulance will go for 20-30 calls per day.
i just dont get it.
my senior at station is right.
some acts as if they know everything when they have never even gone for a real turnout.
like, you dont have to be so strict on everything rite?
well, have a taste of the both sides, and you'll know what i mean.
ahh...enough of it.
fuck everyone thats making parts of my ns life unpleasant.
and if any of the alex fs medics or pm or even drivers happened to read this (by stalking),
yes, i do miss all of you. esp those from rota 1 and 4.
somehow i wish i can go back there.
and i know all of you now must be like "see la, told you not to go."
LOL.
im a taurus.
im stubborn.
