another week has passed.
january is gone.
time is passing so fast.
in about 6 weeks time, COMMON TEST will start.
gosh!
im beginning to worry bout my studies.
the only subjects i enjoy are maths and chemistry.
physics is tough! and i dont quite like lum's teaching method.
geography. i seriously need to work a lot for it.
as for GP, who in the world would enjoy it when the tutor is like that.
received back 2 test papers this week. chemistry and geography.
failed badly for geog. well, i didnt study hard for it. and the test was just days after orientation.
maybe that's the reason. both physical n human geog tutors mentioned their concerns to me.
saying i wasnt focused and that i was much better last year.
im losing my 'power' for geog. i dont really know how to answer a lvl qtns type of geog qtns.
my secondary school teachers lied to me. a lvl geog is not the same like o lvl geog.
but nvm, im not regretting taking geog. i think i'll do worse for econs.
well, i shall not blame my teachers then.
i need motivation to study geog!
as for chemistry, i think i did quite ok. yeap. passed.
i think chemistry is fun. so far.
a brief lil update on school life for the past few days.
school hasnt been fun.
and i dont like tuesdays lesson.
had to start the day with 90 mins of GP (oh god!).
and end off with 4 hours of lessons without break.
yesterday was real fun. even though pe worn me out.
celebrated benson's and jorene's birthday plus bbq for j1s.
had the celebration in the canteen during the one and a half hour break.
joel ding and eugene provided the cake (which has ma's and jo's face on it)
moy and jeff were there too.
some of us went crazy with the cream!
ran around the canteen chasing people to wipe cream on their faces
attracted alot of attention in the canteen till some spoiler scolded us to stop.
bitch him and her.
we had fun. really brought us even closer as a class. to those who chose to not attend the celebration, their loss. like, even hannah and jieming were there to sing the birthday song.
hey, thank me for this photo ok!!
pe today was tiring. did speed training again.
4x400m. 1st round in 1min30sec. additional 15 sec from 2nd round onwards.
tiring, but better than last week's training.
i hope im getting better at my run, or at least, get back to my standard during last year's napfa.
really deproved alot during the months of no-run.
im really glad i met the standard set. esp since i didnt eat much during recess and lunch.
before i move on to blog abt the bbq, shall mention abit abt the band
full band today quite interesting. sight-read a few pieces, just that now it felt abit weird w/o the j1 (they were having bbq)
played HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!!. cool lar. but dont have 'bop to the pop' and 'stick to the status quo' since the piece is just highlights and not soundtrack. had solo for the 'soaring, flying' part. cool. cool. cool. and alto sax got lots of melody. double coolness.
anyway, i really miss playing with zoey and xiaohuan.
if you two do happen to read this(somehow), come back visit us ok?? join us for band!
oh ya, and kailin and I nearly got miss chan angry. but it was just a misunderstanding.
she thought we were playing at the wrong place, which made us think we were playing at the wrong place. but, we're correct. really scare the both of us.
bbq for j1.
well, because of band, i only got to join my squad before band and after band.
meaning, preparing for fire and the campfire.
but i had fun too! well, duh! with squad 11 will always be fun. esp when there's HANG gang. can just HANG arn with them to laugh the whole night.
went supper with them too.
they say it is the last chance for us to gather as a squad and unit.
unit, maybe.
squad, i hope not!
i really love squad 11.
squad 11, i know some of you might not stay in pjc for JAE.
but no matter where you all may go, i hope we will still be in touch as a squad.
all the best to your O level results.
love you all!
Pier One Hanssen Squad 11 shall never die.
shall end off with some NOBEL photos.
we're so proud we're in 5th place!
ok. that's all people.
goodbye.
